The new business will be a 68-bed, back-packers hostel, based in a converted Victorian building, in the centre of Manchester, two-minutes' walk from Piccadilly train station. There will also be a shop / café on the ground floor, though this will be run through Alam News Ltd.
Most of the accommodation will be in shared rooms/dormitories, with 4-6 and 10-14 people sleeping in bunk-beds. There will be additional private rooms for the more discerning occupier which will be charged at a premium.
